Pushing back against diet culture's extremes in terms of food and eating can be hard. Intuitive Eating can feel super scary when you are use to following extreme food rules. You can even turn Intuitive Eating into a diet if you're not careful!

News Flash: Your body's needs will be different each day. You may be more hungry, tired, thirsty, or stressed based on the day of the week, time of the month, season, temperature, activity level...whatever it may be. Chances are today will look very different than yesterday and tomorrow.

The way you care for yourself today will most likely be different from yesterday and tomorrow.

Intuitive Eating will teach you how to uniquely show up for your body each and every day WITHOUT following rules.

Notice any of your EXTREME ways of thinking (about food and eating) and start to question if they are working for you.

  • How are the extreme ways of thinking about food helping you or not helping you?  

  • Do they create a feeling of shame and guilt?
